If the supplied products contain substances of high concern (SVHC), included in the Candidate List (Article 59 of REACH) and whose concentration exceeds 0.1 percent w/w (w/w), R.P. Chem commits to provide all necessary information to ensure their safe use and disposal. This information will include, at least, the name of the substance (Art. 33 of REACH).
