Oil hoses are designed to transfer petroleum products, fuels, mineral oils, and other fluids, both for delivery and suction, ensuring high performance even in challenging environments.
The substrate is made from a special compound developed to provide high resistance to expansion caused by the swelling action of hydrocarbons. This structure ensures a long service life and consistent performance even under the most demanding conditions, minimising the risks of premature wear or damage.
The hose cover not only provides robust protection against weather conditions and mechanical stresses, such as abrasion, but is also available in variants with special compounds that enhance its resistance to chemical solvents, oils, and other aggressive substances.
In some models, to improve safety during use, copper braids are incorporated to ensure electrical continuity, preventing the accumulation of electrostatic charges and reducing the risk of hazardous discharges during the transport of fuels and mineral oils. The copper braid contributes to increase safety in industrial applications.

Oil hoses are also available upon request in accordance with:

- TRbF131 – teil 2: flame propagation tested, resistant to weathering and abrasion;

- UNI EN 1761:1999: standard for hoses with aromatic content up to 50 % (construction and performance standards);

- EN 1765:2005: standard for oil suction and discharge hose assemblies.
