The customer's personal data will be processed for the entire duration of the established contractual relationships and even subsequently for compliance with legal obligations as well as for potential future commercial purposes.

The processing of data for the aforementioned purposes is carried out both through automated means, on electronic or magnetic media, and through non-automated means, on paper, in accordance with the confidentiality and security rules provided by the law, subsequent regulations, and internal provisions.

The data is currently processed and stored at the address Via San Michele, 47 - 31032 Casale sul Sile (TV). Furthermore, on behalf of the company, professionals and/or companies entrusted with technical, development, management, and administrative-accounting activities also process the data.
Mandatory or optional nature of data provision

Consequences of any refusal to provide data

Entities that may access Your data pursuant to a legal provision.
Personal data is stored on servers within the European Union and will not be subject to any form of dissemination and/or transfer. It is understood, however, that the Data Controller, if necessary, may transfer the data outside the EU. In such cases, the Data Controller hereby assures that the transfer of data outside the EU will be carried out in compliance with applicable legal provisions, after entering into the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
Data retention period
The data provided will be stored in our archives according to the following parameters:

For administrative, accounting, orders, management of estimates and the entire production flow, assistance and maintenance, shipping, invoicing, services, management of any litigation: 10 years as established by law pursuant to Article 2220 of the Civil Code, without prejudice to any delayed payments that justify its extension;

For the purposes referred to in point 5, the retention period is until the expiry of the contract and/or the commercial supply relationship.
